Comments received during the NEPA process will be posted at this location, in a timely fashion as they are received. The scoping period had an initial closing date of April 12, 2011. However, in response to public requests, DOE reopened the scoping period until June 14, 2011. The public scoping period ended on November 5, 2013. Comments submitted after the close of the comment period will be considered to the extent practicable. If you would like to submit a comment, please complete the Comment Form.
