Comments received during the NEPA process will be posted at this location, in a timely fashion as they are received. The comment period on the draft EIS closed on April 4, 2016. 

Comments received during the scoping period may be found here. The scoping period had an initial closing date of April 12, 2011. However, in response to public requests, DOE reopened the scoping period until June 14, 2011. The public scoping period ended on November 5, 2013.
